Designed a KPI framework for a multi-million-euro infrastructure portfolio: aligned stakeholders, defined metric logic, and delivered executive dashboards and a phased roadmap.

Assessed an edge computer-vision system before it scaled from 10 to 100+ units, and cut inference latency with TensorRT and custom C++ kernels.
